Folder Description
This folder contains memoranda regarding proposed courses and educational institutions for foreign and United States military officers. Topics include the establishment of a Pacific Defense College, courses at the National War College, and counter-guerilla training as part of the military assistance program (MAP). Also included in this folder is a proposal for the establishment of an Inter-American Defense College, operated by the Inter-American Defense Board, including an organizational chart and suggested curriculum.
