Folder Description
This folder contains drafts and a copy of a speech given by Senator John F. Kennedy at the Vermont Holy Name Society rally at St. Michael's College in Burlington, Vermont. In his speech the Senator discusses the moral challenges of developing and implementing effective foreign policy, specifically communist expansion and independence for countries in Southeast Asia. Of note is a copy with notations by the Senator.
