This file contains copies of Senator John F. Kennedy's speech titled, "America's International Responsibilities," given before the First General Session of the 45th annual meeting of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States in Washington, D.C. In his speech the Senator addresses the need for a comprehensive examination and understanding of the impact and efficiency of foreign aid programs in order to reduce the United States' foreign aid budget. Some of the pages are marked with handwritten edits.
