Sound recording of President John F. Kennedy’s telephoned remarks to the Ohio State Democratic Convention banquet held at Veterans Memorial Hall in Columbus, Ohio. In his speech President Kennedy discusses the necessity for a Democratic Congress as a result of the 1962 Congressional elections, and describes the recent accomplishments achieved by both the administration and the state of Ohio.
