Folder Description
This folder contains Walter W. Heller's correspondence with the Housing and Home Finance Agency (HHFA). Types of material include letters, memoranda, reports, and speeches. Most correspondence is with Robert C. Weaver, administrator of the HHFA. The file also contains a report on rental housing and commercial construction (November 1963); a paper by Gunnar Myrdal titled "The Role of Government in the Economy"; and two monthly reports on housing (June and July 1961). Note that the file includes a misfiled exchange of correspondence with the Federal National Mortgage Association.
