This folder contains material pertaining to a request for comments from the Council of Economic Advisers on enrolled bill S. 1331, to assist individuals to obtain retirement benefits protected against increases in the cost of living by providing for the issuance by the Treasury of a new series of bonds containing adjustments, under certain circumstances, in maturity and redemption values to compensate for increases in the cost of living which may be purchased by individuals and eligible institutions.
