Motion picture covering the official state visit of the Shah of Iran Mohammad Reza Pahlavi and the Empress Farah, including welcoming ceremonies at Union Station in Washington, D.C., and visits to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) site at Cape Canaveral, Florida, military sites with President John F. Kennedy, the United States Capitol, and the White House and other sites in Washington, D.C., for meetings and gatherings involving President Kennedy, Secretary of State Dean Rusk, and Secretary of Defense Robert S. McNamara. Also included is a visit to New York City and United Nations (UN) headquarters.
