On December 3 and 5, 2019, join educator, historic preservationist, and technology specialist Michelle Pearson for a two-part webinar on the use of primary sources to bring history to life for your students.

The first part of the webinar on December 3 will focus on the use of primary source material in general and the second part, on December 5, will provide examples of teaching with primary source material using the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum’s 1963: the Struggle for Civil Rights microsite.

Using the Library’s 1963: The Struggle for Civil Rights microsite resources, Ms. Pearson will explain what primary sources are, how to use them in lesson planning, and then provide specific examples using material from the microsite.

Your registration will be for both events on December 3 and 5.
