Speakers include United States Ambassador to Tunisia Francis H. Russell and President Habib Bourguiba of Tunisia. Ambassador Russell eulogizes President Kennedy and describes his commitment to peace, quoting from President Kennedy's commencement address at American University on June 10, 1963, and later quoting from William Wordsworth's poem "Character of the Happy Warrior."
