Sound recording of fragmentary exchanges on October 12, 1963, between President John F. Kennedy, Personal Secretary Evelyn Lincoln, and an unidentified man. Most of the recording is unintelligible. This is not a telephone conversation, but rather exchanges recorded when the telephone was left off the hook. It is a very poor quality recording.
