This photograph album, compiled by Kathleen “Kick” Kennedy, documents various moments in the lives of the Kennedy family between 1922 and 1944, with most materials dating between 1931 and 1944. The gold stamped title on the cover reads, “Photographs.” Photographs capture Kathleen with family and friends at the Kennedy family’s residences in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts; Bronxville, New York; and Palm Beach, Florida. Other photographs capture family members and friends in Plymouth, Massachusetts; at the American Embassy in London, England; aboard an ocean liner traveling from England to the United States; and at various other locations. In addition to Kathleen, those pictured include her parents, Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr., and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy; her grandparents, John F. “Honey Fitz” Fitzgerald and Mary Josephine Hannon Fitzgerald; her siblings, Joseph P. “Joe” Kennedy, Jr., John F. "Jack" Kennedy, Rosemary Kennedy, Eunice Kennedy, Patricia “Pat” Kennedy, Robert F. “Bobby/Bob” Kennedy, Jean Kennedy, and Edward M. “Ted” Kennedy; her aunt, Agnes Fitzgerald Gargan, and uncle, Joseph Francis Gargan, Sr.; her cousins, John F. “Jackie” Fitzgerald, Marion Eunice Fitzgerald, Mary Jo Gargan, Joseph Francis “Joey” Gargan, Jr., and Ann Gargan; nanny to the Kennedy children, Katherine “Kicko/Kiko” Conboy; governesses to the Kennedy children, Alice Cahill and Elizabeth Dunn; nurse to the Kennedy children, Luella Hennessey; and Kennedy family friends, Edward E. Also pictured are horses and other animals, including two of the Kennedy family’s dogs, Fury and Spooky, as well as boats, including Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr.'s yacht, the “Davilis.” Original handwritten captions are written in blue and black ink and pencil on many of the leaves and on the versos of some photographs. This photograph album contains 191 photographic prints and three photographic postcards.

This photograph album, compiled by Kathleen "Kick" Kennedy, documents her life during the years 1935 to 1937, when she spent time abroad attending the Holy Child School in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, and traveling with family and friends before returning to the United States to complete her education at the Noroton School of the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Noroton Heights, Connecticut. The stamped title on the cover reads, “Pictures.” Photographs capture her time spent in Gstaad, Switzerland, for the 1935 Christmas holiday; sightseeing in Paris, France; a tour of Italy with friends from March to April 1936; a trip to Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg) and Moscow, Russia, with her mother, Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy, in May 1936; a visit to England with friends in June 1936; sailing on Cape Cod in the summer of 1936; Christmas in Palm Beach, Florida, in 1936; and a trip to Ireland and Scotland with her brother, Joseph P. "Joe" Kennedy, Jr., in August 1937. Also included are numerous photographs of Kathleen and her classmates at both the Holy Child School and the Noroton School. Of note are photographs of Prime Minister of Italy, Benito Mussolini; Nazi soldiers marching in Berlin, Germany; Michelangelo’s David statue at its original location in Florence, Italy; Mt. Vesuvius and the ruins at Pompeii, Italy; and Kathleen kissing the Blarney Stone at Blarney Castle in Ireland. This scrapbook, compiled by Kathleen Kennedy, documents her interests as a young girl from 1928 through 1930. The title on the front cover reads, “Our Own Scrap-Book.” An original handwritten inscription written in pencil on the front cover reads, “Kathleen Kennedy.” Of note are three numbered photomechanical prints of scenes on Cape Cod, Massachusetts; a Kennedy family Christmas card from 1928; and newspaper clippings regarding the potential candidacy of Kathleen’s grandfather, John F. “Honey Fitz” Fitzgerald, for Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1930. Also of note are autographed publicity photographs of actresses Mary Pickford, Anita Page, Bessie Love, Norma Shearer, Joan Bennett, and Nancy Carroll, and an autograph with self-drawn caricature of the actress Gloria Swanson. An empty manila kraft envelope with a string-and-button closure and printed suggestions for use is adhered to the back pastedown of the scrapbook, with the inscription “Kathleen” handwritten in pencil on the flap. This scrapbook contains 39 pieces of ephemera, including newspaper and magazine clippings, postcards, telegrams, letters, and envelopes, as well as nine photographic prints.

This photograph album was first compiled by Rosemary Kennedy as a birthday gift for her sister, Kathleen “Kick” Kennedy, in 1929, with later photographs added by Kathleen. The gold stamped title on the cover reads, “Photographs.” An original handwritten inscription on the inside front cover reads, "Kathleen, From Rose happy birthday Feb. 1929," in white ink. Original captions are written in white ink and pencil in both Rosemary’s and Kathleen’s hand. Photographs document the family life, travels, and social activities of the Kennedy family from 1927 to 1936. In addition to Rosemary (referred to as “Rose” in original captions) and Kathleen, those pictured include their parents, Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr., and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy; their siblings, Joseph P. “Joe” Kennedy, Jr., John F. "Jack" Kennedy, Eunice Kennedy, Patricia "Pat" Kennedy, Jean Kennedy, and Edward M. "Ted/Teddy" Kennedy; their aunt, Agnes Fitzgerald Gargan, and her husband Joseph Francis Gargan, Sr.; governesses to the Kennedy children, Alice Cahill and Elizabeth Dunn; nanny to the Kennedy children, Katherine “Kikoo” Conboy; family friends, Edward E. “Eddie” Moore, Kirk LeMoyne “Lem” Billings, Mary O’Keefe, Mary Veronica “Von” Rice, and Mary Frances "Sancy" Falvey; and family dogs, Buddy and Skippy. Of note are photographs of Kennedy family members and friends at the family’s residences in Bronxville in New York, Hyannis Port in Massachusetts, and Palm Beach in Florida; a visit to the Hippodrome Theatre in New York City, where the children posed with a baby elephant; Joseph, Sr., and Rose with actor Fred Thomson and screenwriter Frances Marion in California; and Kathleen and other campers and counselors at Sargent Camp in Peterborough, New Hampshire. Other locations and historic sites featured in photographs include the White House and United States Capitol building in Washington, D.C.; the National Monument to the Forefathers and Plymouth Rock in Plymouth, Massachusetts; the Potomac River; and George Washington’s Mount Vernon estate in Virginia. Original handwritten inscriptions are written in blue ink and pencil on the versos of many photographs. This photograph album contains 154 photographic prints, two photographic postcards, and one contact print of a strip of four 35mm black and white negatives.
