Item XXA.2 is a telephone conversation between Angela Novello, Personal Secretary Evelyn Lincoln, and Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy. Novello arranges to give briefing papers to Attorney General Kennedy prior to his meeting with Prime Minister A. Milton Obote of Uganda.
