This folder is part of an addition to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Papers, and consists of items that were recovered by the National Archives and Records Administration on behalf of the Kennedy Presidential Library from the estate of Robert L. White. Materials in this folder consist of handwritten notes and doodles by John F. Kennedy that were collected and transcribed by his secretary, Evelyn Lincoln, and include the first message written by the President after taking office and a note written during his flight to Dallas the morning of November 22, 1963. This folder also includes a letter from Evelyn Lincoln to Robert White dated April 16, 1993.
