This folder contains Bernard Boutin's correspondence related to political fundraising during his time at the General Services Administration. Topics include acknowledgements of individual donations as well as formal events such as the All New England Salute Dinner honoring President John F. Kennedy in October 1963. Although the majority of the file relates to Democratic fundraising, there is also a Republican National Committee fundraising mailer from June 1964.

This folder contains material pertaining to messages and statements written by Bernard Boutin. Document types include correspondence, cards, drafts, and telegrams. The majority of items are congratulations or sympathy messages to various individuals upon appointments, retirements, and deaths; greetings sent to conferences and other special events; and statements written for GSA publications. The file also contains Boutin's message to GSA regional administrators during a call following the death of President Kennedy, and a letter received from Kennedy in response to Boutin's sympathy note on the death of baby Patrick Kennedy.

Kennedy's presidential campaign, the 1960 Democratic National Convention, the 1961 inauguration, and the Kennedy administration. Most clippings appear to come from New Hampshire newspapers. The scrapbook also includes a published reprint of Kennedy's inaugural address, a booklet titled "New Purpose, New Progress: The Kennedy Administration in Words and Pictures," and a program for the First Annual Kennedy-Johnson Dinner in Manchester, New Hampshire.
