This file contains miscellaneous press releases and other documents collected by Senator John F. Kennedy's office. The items were issued by other congressmen, committees, and organizations. Most are releases and meeting agendas of the New England Senators Conference. Other items of note include distribution lists for press releases (1957); a detailed statement from Senator Kennedy on civil rights legislation; a transcript of Kennedy's interview with Harry Conn of Press Associates, Inc., regarding the McClellan investigation into improper activities in the labor-management field; and an announcement that film rights to "Profiles in Courage" had been acquired by Contemporary Productions, Inc.
