Kennedy’s speech titled, “The New Frontier,” given at the 1960 Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles, California upon accepting the Party’s nomination as candidate for the 1960 presidential election. Topics of his speech include religion, communism, nuclear weapons, and civil rights; and appeals for leadership, courage, change, and opportunity for all.
