Also included in this folder is an article from the Saturday Evening Post by Richard Armstrong titled, “How the Communists Plan to Win Latin America,” and numerous newspaper clippings regarding Cuba.

During this press conference President Kennedy answered questions from the press on a variety of topics including relations between the United States, Germany, and Western Europe; German reunification; the Berlin crisis; the proposed nuclear test ban treaty; U.S. military forces in Western Europe; international trade policy; and NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization).

Also included is a copy of a telegram sent by TASS (Telegraph Agency of the Soviet Union) regarding U.S. Congressional concern over the size of the Soviet military build-up in Cuba.
