Materials in this folder include a memorandum of suggested remarks from Special Assistant to the President and speechwriter Arthur M. Schlesinger, Jr., an outline containing Special Counsel and speechwriter Theodore Sorensen's initials with handwritten notations by the President, and a press copy of the speech, in addition to a program for and a press release describing the White House Summer Seminar.
