A Voice of America (VOA) broadcast host, identified as "Morgan," speaks to a reporter in Dallas, Texas, about shootings and the arrest in Dallas of a man in connection with President Kennedy's assassination. The VOA host refers to the reporter in Dallas as [Tom Perryman?]. The reporting is from the day of the assassination, November 22, 1963. The host reports on arrangements to transport President Kennedy's remains to Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland, and on the continuity of the U.S. government following President Kennedy's death.
