Of note are memorandums to the President by Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers Walter W. Heller concerning the stock market in the United States and gold and dollar losses since 1953, and a draft statement on foreign aid containing annotations by President Kennedy. Also included in this folder is an issue of The New Republic, dated July 9, 1962.
