Materials concern the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space, a proposed change to the order of precedence, and a study by the Senate Subcommittee on National Policy Machinery titled, "Organizing for National Security." Of note are memoranda from Secretary of State Dean Rusk to the President concerning a proposed schedule of state and official visits for 1961 and the President's participation in state and official visits. Also included in this folder is a copy of a United Nations General Assembly resolution titled, "International Co-operation in the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space," dated December 17, 1959.
