Also included in this folder is a report titled, “A Short Study of the Supersonic Transport Development, Schedule and Cost” by Clarence L. Johnson.

Clifford regarding the five most important areas for reformation within the CIA, and suggested topics for the President when meeting with John McCone, the new Director of the CIA. Of note is a handwritten announcement by the President concerning John McCone and Allen Dulles.
