Items include a proposed legislative agenda for the Panama Canal Zone; two directories of liaison officers who were designated to handle pending legislation for their respective agencies (May 1963, November 1962); a copy of H.R. 7879, to establish a Department of Consumers; and various legislative referral memoranda forwarding bills to the Council of Economic Advisers for review. There are also proposed legislative programs for the 88th Congress, First Session, that were submitted by the Treasury, Federal Communications Commission, Veterans Administration, Department of Justice, U.S. Information Agency, and the Post Office.
