Kennedy regarding the establishment of United States Government radio stations in the American Republics, the United Arab Republic, and India; and a draft NSAM concerning communications equipment. The memoranda relate to National Security Action Memoranda number 201 (NSAM 201) titled, “Establishment of Subcommittee on Communications.”
