Of note is a memorandum from Secretary of State Dean Rusk titled, "Arrangement Concerning the Stationing of Weapons of Mass Destruction in Outer Space." Also included in this folder is an issue of Lloyd's Bank Review.

Ball titled, "Proposed Nuclear Offer to De Gaulle." Also included in this folder is a paper by James Reston titled, "Kennedy and the American Diplomats: State Department Allowances."
