This folder contains a copy of Senator John F. Kennedy's remarks at the Cook County Democratic Dinner in Chicago, Illinois. In his speech, the Senator promotes the reelection bid of Senator Paul Douglas and recommends strategies for the Democratic Party in the 1954 campaign. He also discusses foreign policy issues, including the French war in Indochina. Of note is one page with notations by Sargent Shriver.
