The footage is from events occurring from August 1960 to November 1963, including the performance of the Black Watch Band on the South Lawn of the White House, Washington, D.C., scenes from Palm Beach, Florida, scenes at the United States Air Force hospital at Otis Air Force Base in Massachusetts, the 1963 Veteran's Day ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia, and scenes from unidentified locations.
