Kennedy and members of his staff from various individuals of Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Texas concerning the role of religion in the 1960 campaign, the prospect of a Catholic president, the distribution of anti-Catholic materials, and support for the Senator’s campaign. Also included are letters discussing Reverend Norman Vincent Peale's opposition to Senator Kennedy's campaign.
